Our decarbonisation discussions with the owners and tenants of commercial and industrial buildings are about changing oil, coal or gas plant systems to innovative electricity powered alternatives which deliver real operational benefits.

This process includes working with government agencies for co-funding of projects. There are substantial incentives available for existing buildings to replace fossil fuel boilers for space and water heating - UP TO 50% of eligible project costs.

There are a few hoops to jump through and barriers to climb over, but the opportunity to add value and embrace sustainability makes it worthwhile.
